• EERO grants a scholarship to one engineering student at Tallinn Technical University who has completed 2 years of engineering with excellent grades, with extracurricular activities (volunteer, sports, arts, student council, etc), and who is facing financial challenges and are Estonian students.

• The program is administered annually with the help of the Arengufond at Tallinn Technical University.  EERO has provided this scholarship since 1993.
